Jake Locker moved to injured reserve
Jake Locker's time in Tennessee might be coming to an end.
On Monday, Locker was moved to season-ending injured reserve after dislocating his left shoulder during Sunday's loss to the New York Jets. Locker entered the season as Tennessee's starter but was supplanted by rookie Zach Mettenberger halfway through.
However, Locker took the position back over after an injury ended Mettenberger's season.
Locker, a former first-round pick, hasn't lived up to the billing and didn't see his fifth-year option picked up during the offseason. It's quite possible the Titans decide to move on from Locker after this season.
With Locker out, Charlie Whitehurst will be Tennessee's starter.
