Jameis Winston going to the NFL

Florida State star quarterback Jameis Winston is going to the NFL.

His father, Antonor Winston, said his son has made his decision and it's firm. Antonor Winston said his son received a first-round grade from the NFL draft advisory committee.

Winston went 26-1 at Florida State, where he also had major off-field issues that could affect his draft stock.

Winston passed for 7,964 yards and 65 touchdowns.

He won a Heisman Trophy and a national championship in 2014.

Winston was accused of raping a female student, but wasn't charged. He also served a one-game suspension earlier this season for yelling a vulgarity in campus.
