Jameis Winston, Marcus Mariota expected to throw at combine

INDIANAPOLIS -- Both Florida State quarterback and Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota are expected to throw at the NFL scouting combine, a welcome development by NFL teams. Especially the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who hold the top overall pick. Last year, Blake Bortles threw at the combine and Teddy Bridgewater didn't. NFL teams want to see how prospects adjust to adverse conditions, including throwing to unfamiliar wide receivers.
