Janikowski accuser speaks out
A woman who has brought misdemeanor charges of false imprisonment and battery against Sebastian Janikowski said the alleged incident stemmed from the Oakland Raiders kicker believing she had taken pictures of him.
Syrena NIcholson told InsideBayArea.com that Janikowski forced her into the back room of a nightclub, would not let her leave and pushed her after accusing her of taking photographs of him.
"I kind of felt he was going to beat me up," Nicholson said.
Janikowski's agent Paul Healy referred to the matter as "old news," and Nicholson admitted that she had been drinking heavily on the night of the incident from September of last year.
Janikowski had several run-ins with the law during his college days at Florida State and early on in his NFL career with the Raiders, but had not been involved in any reported incidents since 2003.
