Jets lose LB Thomas to torn Achlles
The New York Jets have lost linebacker Bryan Thomas for the season, after he suffered a torn Achilles tendon in Sunday night's 34-17 loss to the New York Jets.
An MRI this morning confirmed that Thomas has suffered the torn Achilles, according to the New York Daily News.
The loss hurts the Jets, as Thomas was the team's longest-tenured player with 10 seasons with the franchise. He led the Jets with six sacks last season.
