Jets may want to bring back Edwards

The New York Jets may want to bring back wide receiver Braylon Edwards, who signed a one-year deal in San Francisco last year, only to be released before the season ended.

The New York Daily News suggests that Edwards wearing a Jets uniform again is a possibility if the price is right and he is healthy.

Edwards' return to New York would probably spell the end of Plaxico Burress as a Jet, something that has already been widely speculated anyway, regardless of Edwards' status.

On Tuesday, according to the report, Burress appeared on a radio station in Philadelphia championing joining the Eagles as part of his wish list.
