Jets re-sign Erin Henderson

The New York Jets re-signed veteran inside linebacker Erin Henderson to a two-year contract worth up to $5 million. Henderson is slated to start next to David Harris. "Rest Easy Gotham City," Henderson tweeted Wednesday. "Your Dark Knight Returns!" Henderson spent the first six years of his career with the Minnesota Vikings but was cut 2014 following two drunk driving arrests. He signed with the Jets last season and split time with Demario Davis. Follow me on Twitter: @AaronWilson_NFL Aaron Wilson covers the Texans for The Houston Chronicle.
