Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez said on the Michael Kay radio show on Tuesday that his bruised right arm is fine and that he is ready to go this week when New York faces the Oakland Raiders.

"All systems are a go," Sanchez said on the radio via the New York Post. "Our training staff is awesome. They've got me feeling great already. I'm ready to practice."

Sanchez got some more good news on Tuesday as the Jets brought back his childhood friend, wide receiver Scotty McKnight, to their practice squad.
