Jets sign Bruce Carter

The New York Jets have signed former Dallas Cowboys linebacker Bruce Carter, a former second-round pick from North Carolina. Carter played 14 games last season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He started three of the last four games at middle linebacker, but was cut on March 8. Carter intercepted five passes in 2014 with the Cowboys.
