Jonathan Martin meets with investigator Ted Wells

Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jonathan Martin is meeting today with NFL investigator Ted Wells, a New York lawyer looking into Martin's accusations that he was bullied by indefinitely suspended offensive guard Richie Incognito.

Martin and his lawyer, David Cornwell, arrived today at Wells' Manhattan office. Martin didn't comment to reporters.

Martin has been in the building for over five hours.

Incognito filed a grievance Thursday against the team.

Dolphins owner Stephen Ross wants to meet with Martin, but was told by Wells to forego doing so until he had an opportunity to talk with the former Stanford offensive lineman. Martin has sought treatment for emotional issues stemming from a series of alleged incidents involving Incognito, including him leaving a racially-charged voice mail on his phone.

"I believe in the guys we have in the locker room," Dolphins coach Joe Philbin told Miami reporters Friday. "I believed in them before this all took place, before all this scrutiny came upon us. And I believe in them today."
