Josh McDaniels could be Vikings' next offensive coordinator

As Leslie Frazier continues to construct his coaching staff in Minnesota, the Vikings will consider Josh McDaniels as a potential offensive coordinator.

Darrell Bevell remains in that position, but there are no guarantees for him and Judd Zulgad of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports that McDaniels will interview with the Vikings on Friday.

Frazier dismissed three assistants on the offensive side of the ball on Wednesday but Bevell remains. It’s possible Bevell could remain but in a different role.

McDaniels and Frazier were finalists for the Denver Broncos job in 2009.
