Kelvin Benjamin fully participates in practice Friday

The Carolina Panthers welcomed rookie receiver Kelvin Benjamin back to practice Friday, after the team's top wideout missed the previous two days.

Benjamin was diagnosed with a concussion following Carolina's 37-37 tie against Cincinnati last week. Though he was a full participant in Friday's practice, he has yet to be cleared through the NFL's concussion protocol, according to the team's official site.

Thus, Benjamin is questionable for Sunday's game against the Packers.

Benjamin has played a major role so far for Carolina this year. He's caught 31 passes for 416 yards and four touchdowns. Without Benjamin, the Panthers' passing game will feature tight end Greg Olsen and not much of anyone else.

Having Benjamin back is imperative for the Panthers. But making sure he's 100 percent OK following his concussion is much more important.
