Knowshon Moreno has received some bad news.

The Miami Dolphins announced that their top running back sustained a torn ACL and will miss remainder of the season.

After running for 134 yards and a touchdown in a season-opening win against New England, Moreno dislocated his elbow early in a Week 2 game against Buffalo. He returned to action against Green Bay on Sunday and totaled just 10 rushing yards on six carries.

Now he's done for the season, with Lamar Miller stepping back in as the feature back.

Moreno's future in Miami is uncertain as he signed a one-year, $3 million deal this offseason. If Miller continues to impress the Dolphins then the organization could part ways with Moreno, with the former University of Georgia star moving on to a different franchise.
