Lake Dawson turned down Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins were rejected by New England Patriots executive Nick Caserio and Cleveland Browns assistant general manager Ray Farmer.
That group now includes Tennessee Titans vice president of player personnel Lake Dawson.
He declined the offer after Caserio turned the Dolphins down. They wound up setting for Tampa Bay Buccaneers executive Dennis Hickey, who accepted.
"This morning the Miami Dolphins offered me a great opportunity to be the general manager of their organization," Dawson said ain a statement. "They have a great owner in Stephen Ross who is passionate and wants to win. However the details of their offer didn't align with my vision at this time and wasn't an ideal fit."
