Landry a no-show for Jets first OTA
Laron Landry was a no-show at the New York Jets first OTA session, according to the Newark Star-Ledger.
The safety, who came over from the Washington Redskins as a free agent, is coming back from an Achilles injury that Landry referred to as more of a bone or heel injury, one he elected to rehab without surgery.
Landry signed with the Jets in March and told the team he would participate in the voluntary OTAs as much as possible. Mandatory work for players is scheduled for June.
