Leslie Frazier leaves combine for Dave Duerson's funeral

A host of Dave Duerson’s teammates showed up this morning for the funeral of the two-time Super Bowl winner.

Duerson stunned family and the football community when he committed suicide last week in Miami. Duerson’s funeral was held at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church on the South Side of Chicago.

Minnesota Vikings coach Leslie Frazier left the NFL Scouting Combine to attend the service. They were teammates on the 1985 Super Bowl XX team in Chicago. Also in attendance were Richard Dent, who served as a pallbearer, Tom Thayer, Mike Singletary, Jimbo Covert and more.

"I am still trying to make sense of this," Covert told Fred Mitchell of the Chicago Tribune.
