Lions corner Rashean Mathis retiring

Detroit Lions veteran cornerback Rashean Mathis is retiring after 13 seasons. Mathas, 35, is a former Jacksonville Jaguars second-round pick. He played 10 seasons for the Jaguars. He joined the Lions in 2013. For his career, Mathis has recorded 636 tackles, 32 interceptions and eight forced fumbles.
