Lions re-sign Rasheed Williams

The Detroit Lions have re-signed running back Rasheed Williams. Williams went undrafted out of Alfred State. He wasn't eligible to participate in practice until his school finished final exams. Williams was cut and they signed running back Desmond Martin. Now, Williams is back and the Lions cut wide receiver Erik Lora. Williams rushed for 1,676 yards with 16 touchdowns as a senior last season. The 6-foot-1, 215-pounder ran the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds.
