Luke Joeckel out for season

Just four days after trading Eugene Monroe, the Jaguars will now play the rest of the season without what was their second-best tackle to open the season.

Jacksonville's first pick in the 2013 draft, Luke Joeckel, fractured his ankle against St. Louis on Sunday and will miss the remainder of the season,

The Jaguars traded Monroe to the Ravens for two late-round picks, with the reason being that they could move Joeckel from right to left tackle in preparation for future seasons. Now the Jaguars are without both Monroe and Joeckel for the remainder of their season.

Most likely, the Jaguars will hit the trade market to try and find a replacement.
