Malcolm Smith named Super Bowl MVP

Seattle Seahawks linebacker Malcolm Smith became the third linebacker in NFL history to earn the Super Bowl Most Valuable Player award.

He returned a Peyton Manning interception 69 yards for a touchdown in the first half.

He also recovered a fumble in the second half during the 43-8 victory over the Denver Broncos.

"I woke up jumping, bouncing," said Smith, who won a truck for his performance. "It turned out great for us."

Smith, Ray Lewis (2001) and Chuck Howley (1971) are the only three linebackers to be picked as a top player in the Super Bowl.

Smith will appear in the "I'm going to Disney World" commercial.
