Max Jean-Gilles signs his RFA tender

The Philadelphia Eagles announced that guard Max Jean-Gilles has signed his tender as a restricted free agent.

Jean-Gilles, originally a fourth-round draft pick by the Eagles, was tendered at the low level meaning he will earn $1.176 million this season. He played in 14 games last season and made six starts at right guard as the Eagles had trouble keeping the unit together. He will have an opportunity to compete for a starting job.

The Eagles started the RFA period with nine players getting extended tenders. All but punter Sav Rocca have now signed their offers.
