Michael Vick will not play Sunday against Cowboys

Michael Vick has ruled himself out for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Vick told reporters he'll be unable to play Sunday due to the pulled hamstring he sustained two weeks ago. That means Nick Foles is now in line for his second consecutive start.

Earlier this week, Vick said his hamstring was worse than he initially thought. Whenever hamstring injuries are "worse than itially thought," it's never a good sign. This could be something that lingers throughout the season.

Rookie Matt Barkley will step in as the No. 2 quarterback for Foles.
