NFL meeting on Thursday annual part of combine
The special meeting the NFL has called for Thursday night in Indianapolis might not be as special as advertised, but it will still be full of valuable information.
All 32 teams are to be represented by three people – a general manager, head coach and one other high-ranking official – but it’s business as usual.
“It happens every year,” league spokesman Greg Aiello told Albert Breer of the NFL Network. “It’s a normal part of the combine, which always has meetings galore. It’s not the first time. It’s not a special meeting. An update on labor negotiations would be appropriate.”
The NFLPA is also expected to do its best to update agents on what’s happening on the labor front.
