NFL reinstates three players from suspensions
The NFL has lifted the suspensions for three players who were on the sideline for the first four games, according to an NFL source.
Washington Redskins cornerback Phillip Buchanon, Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Bobbie Williams and Tennessee Titans fullback Ahmard Hall have all been reinstated by the league and are cleared to return to the facilities of their respective teams. They will be able to play as soon as their teams want to put them on the field, and can practice this week.
All three teams were given roster exemptions through next Monday. They will have to make a roster move to activate these suspended players. The Redskins are entering their bye week, so they don’t have to rush to make a move for Bucahnon.
The players were not permitted to be at team facilities during their suspensions.
