With the BCS Championship Game now in the rear view mirror, the All Star Game circuit begins this weekend when players arrive in Tampa for the East West Shrine Game. I have included many underclassmen that have already declared or are expected to, but removed Texas A&M OT Jake Matthews and Georgia QB Aaron Murray who have stated they will be returning to school for the 2013 season. This list is sure to change a lot over the next four months as the All Star Games, Combine and Pro Days take place, but this is a great starting point. Take a look at the list and let me know your thoughts:
