Niles Paul, Trent Williams injured in Washington loss
For Washington, adding insult to injury were two key injuries.
During Thursday night's 45-14 loss to the Giants, Washington saw tight end Niles Paul and left tackle Trent Williams go down with injuries that could be of significance. Paul suffered a concussion after taking two hits to the head during a passing play. Williams injured his right knee, with the organization calling it a strain.
It was that kind of night in the nation's capital (well, Landover, Maryland), as Washington was dismantled, mostly in the second half.
And now Washington has to worry about the availability of two key players next week after the debacle that took place Thursday.
