Packers guard T.J. Lang drops F-bombs on NFL

How do Green Bay Packers players feel this morning?

Not good. It’s a pretty safe bet that guard T.J. Lang is speaking for the group as a whole on his personal Twitter account which went all R-rated after the Seattle Seahawks were awarded a 14-12 victory Monday night on what – by all appearances – was a blown call in a poorly officiated game by replacement referees.

Got f***ed by the refs.. Embarrassing. Thanks nfl,” Lang wrote.

Then, he followed up with two more messages, one of them also profane.

“F*** it NFL.. Fine me and use the money to pay the regular refs,” Lang wrote.

“Any player/coach in Seattle that really thinks they won that game has zero integrity as a man and should be embarrassed.”

The guess here is Lang is not fined for his outburst. Players usually have pretty wide leeway when it comes to criticizing officials as long as they don’t question the integrity of the referees. Lang hasn’t done that, he’s gone after their competency. Most are questioning the integrity of NFL owners who have thrust the league into this position with low-level college and low-level indoor league officials working the games.
