Packers promote Eliot Wolf to director of player personnel

The Green Bay Packers have promoted Eliot Wolf to director of player personnel.

Wolf is a fast-rising star in NFL personnel circles.

Wolf has been with the Packers for 11 seasons.

He's the son of former Packers general manager Ron Wolf.

Wolf was assistant director of player personnel since 2011. He was previously the assistant director of pro personnel.

Wolf originally joined the Packers as a pro personnel assistant in 2004 and spent four seasons in that position.
