Packers sign linebacker Josh Francis
The Green Bay Packers have signed linebacker Josh Francis.
Francis is a 6-foot, 238-pounder from West Virginia who's played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Canadian Football League and the Wichita Falls Nighthawks of the Indoor Football League.
After two years at Lackawanna College (Pa.), Francis played two seasons for the Mountaineers, starting 13 of 21 games played. He led the team with 15 tackles for loss in 2012.
