Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson might have torn ACL
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson may have a torn anterior cruciate ligament, according to ESPN.
Nelson could be out for the season.
"I'm not going to get into preliminary tests [and] opinions trying to beat someone to be first out there," Packers coach Mike McCarthy told reporters. "Like I said, I'm hoping and praying for good news tomorrow. That's the way I look at it based on the information I've been given."
Added quarterback Aaron Rodgers: "It's difficult to lose a guy like that in a meaningless game."
