Packers' Woodson: 'I'm ready to go'
From JSOnline.com:
Woodson left the Arizona game shortly before halftime after aggravating a right shoulder injury. He also has had problems with his left shoulder.
"It just hurts," Woodson said, referring to his right shoulder. "At certain times you land in awkward positions extended in a way and you get a sharp pain. Sometimes it lasts longer than others. It's just something I deal with. I feel good. I'm ready to go."
Woodson, named NFC defensive player of the month for the third time this season, has no interest in wearing a shoulder harness, as he did in 2006, or taking a pain-killing injection.
As for how he will be used in coverage, Woodson said, "We'll mix it up and try to throw them off-balance a little bit and put me in some different positions. But it's no secret that most of the day I'll probably be on (Larry) Fitzgerald."
