Palko will get start for Chiefs vs. Bears
The Kansas City Chiefs will go with Tyler Palko as their starting quarterback for a third straight game.
Meanwhile, Kyle Orton, claimed off waivers last week, will take some first team reps to get a crash course in the Chiefs offense in case he has to play.
"Tyler's the starter. We're getting Kyle ready to play. He might have to play," Chiefs coach Todd Haley said Wednesday, according to a tweet by Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star.
That means Orton likely won't start against his former team, the Chicago Bears, who reportedly coveted him when the Denver Broncos dumped him on the waiver wire.
