Panthers considering holdovers from Fox's staff
The Carolina Panthers are expected to interview Rob Chudzinski soon for the offensive coordinator position on Ron Rivera’s new staff.
Chudzinkski and Rivera worked together with the San Diego Chargers, and the Miami Dolphins have already met with Chudzinski about replacing retired offensive coordinator Dan Henning.
It appears the Panthers are trying to put together the staff as quickly as possible. According to Darin Gantt of the Charlotte Observer, Rivera and general manager Marty Hurney met with three assistants from John Fox’s staff. Offensive line coach Dave Magazu, wide receivers coach Tyke Tolbert and defensive quality control assistant Sam Mills III had interviews.
Stay tuned to see how this comes together.
