Panthers sign Paul Soliai to two-year, $7 million deal

The Carolina Panthers are signing defensive tackle Paul Soliai to a two-year, $7 million contract. The former Atlanta Falcons lineman gets $3 million guaranteed. He makes $4 million in the first year. Soliai is a big-time run-stopper. Soliai joins Kawann Short and Star Lotulelei.
