Percy Harvin collapses at practice, taken to hospital
Percy Harvin collapsed on the side of the practice field today at the Minnesota Vikings training facility and was transported by ambulance to a hospital.
According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Harvin vomited and fell to the ground, apparently struggling with migraine headaches again.
“That one hit and it hit hard,” coach Brad Childress said, according to the report. “Always scary for all of our guys when you see teammates struggling.”
The coach said that Harvin was trembling as he lay on the ground, and he reported this is the second time Harvin has been taken to the hospital because of migraines. Harvin missed more than two weeks of training camp earlier this month following the death of his grandmother. Reports were he was dealing with migraines then.
He missed multiple practices and one game last season because of his struggles. It sounds like the problem could be intensifying.
