Percy Harvin will remain hospitalized overnight
Percy Harvin will remain hospitalized overnight after the wide receiver passed out briefly at Minnesota Vikings practice earlier today.
Harvin vomited and then fell over on the practice field as he was reportedly suffering from symptoms of a migraine. He was alert quickly and was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
“Percy appreciates everyone’s concern,” Vikings coach Brad Childress said in a statement released by the team. “he is alert and resting comfortably but will remain in the hospital overnight.”
Harvin missed more than two weeks of training camp after his grandmother died. He reportedly was battling migraines then and the team and Harvin are continuing to work on ways to better manage his condition.
It’s good news that he is doing well in the hospital. Hopefully, he makes progress on the issue soon.
