Quarterbacks gets fined too
Big Brother is watching the quarterbacks out there too.
Just ask Josh Freeman.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signal caller had $5,000 lifted from his wallet today and earmarked for charity by the NFL. Freeman was fined for a hit out of bounds on Atlanta Falcons cornerback Brent Grimes, according to Rick Stroud of the St. Petersburg Times, in the Bucs’ come-from-ahead loss last Sunday at Raymond James Stadium.
In completing their meltdown, Freeman was intercepted by Grimes, who returned the pick up the sideline before Freeman hit him out of bounds and drew a 15-yard penalty. The Falcons won 28-24.
