Raiders make it official, fire Dennis Allen after 0-4 start

The Dennis Allen era in Oakland is over, effective immediately.

The Raiders fired their head coach Monday night following an 0-4 start.

The movfe didn't come as a surprise.

Allen was 0-4 this sason and 6-28 since being hired.

The Raiders are expected to name Tony Sparano as interim head coach.

The Raiders have lost 10 consecutive games since last year.

The Raiders were blown out by the Miami Dolphins in London.

That was the final straw for Raiders owner Mark Davis, the son of the late, legendary owner Al Davis.
