Raiders rule McFadden out for Broncos
Darren McFadden's sprained foot has him officially ruled out for the Oakland Raiders this Sunday against the Denver Broncos.
Paul Gutierrez of CSN Bay Area tweeted the news on Friday afternoon that McFadden will not play because of his sprained foot.
With McFadden out and the Raiders needing a victory to keep pace in the suddenly tight AFC West, it means Oakland will have to rely on backup Michael Bush, who has been down this road before filling in for McFadden.
"It's bad Darren got hurt, and I wish he was out there playing with us, but the coach believes in me, and I just have to keep this offense rolling," Bush told the Oakland Tribune.
