Raiders sign restricted free agent safety Sean Richardson to offer sheet

The Oakland Raiders have signed Green Bay Packers restricted free agent safety Sean Richardson to an offer sheet. Richardson got the low tender, so the Packers wouldn't get a draft pick if they don't match the one-year, $2.5 million offer. The Packers have until Monday to match the offer or lose Richardson. Richardson played in every game last season. He has 36 tackles in three NFL seasons. Richardson went undrafted out of Vanderbilt in 2012. He had spinal fusion surgery in 2013.
