Rams running back Trey Watts suspended for four games for violating NFL substance-abuse policy

St. Louis Rams running back Trey Watts has been suspended without pay for the first four games games of the season for violating the NFL substance-abuse policy. Watts rushed for 30 yards on seven carries last season. He played in 14 games and had five tackles on special teams.
