Randall Cobb said performance was 'embarrassing'
Packers receiver Randall Cobb went into Sunday's game against Detroit having already caught three touchdowns.
Granted, he hadn't caught a lot of yards, he'd been a reliable second option thus far with Jordy Nelson drawing most of Aaron Rodgers' targets. However, he appears displeased with his season, with Sunday's game highlighting his disappointment.
In a 19-7 loss, Cobb only caught three passes for 29 yards.
"Our defense played their butts off tonight," Cobb said, via the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "We did nothing for them. It was kind of embarrassing as an offense, embarrassing myself the way I played."
There will be plenty of more opportunities for Cobb as it's a long season. He shouldn't be too down on himself just yet.
