Rapper Diddy arrested for assault with a deadly weapon in attack on UCLA strength coach

Rapper, actor and music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon for an alleged kettle bell attack on the UCLA strength coach. Combs' son, Justin Combs, is a defensive back on the UCLA football team. Combs was also charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats and one count of battery. No serious injuries were incurred by UCLA strength coach Sal Alosi. Combs is free on bail. “I’m thankful that our staff showed the level of professionalism that they did in handling this situation," Bruins head coach Jim Mora said in a statement. "This is an unfortunate incident for all parties involved. While UCPD continues to review this matter, we will let the legal process run its course and refrain from further comment at this time.” Rap star Snoop Dogg's son, Cordell Broadus, also plays for the Bruins.
