Ravens give game ball to ailing broadcaster

Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh gave a game ball from Sunday's 24-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns to a media member.

But it wasn't just any media member, according to the Baltimore Sun. It was to Ron Smith, the long-time broadcaster for WBAL, who retired last week after announcing he was suffering from pancreatic cancer.

Smith, who is now on home hospice, spoke to the Ravens on Friday before they departed on Saturday for Cleveland to face the Browns.
