Ravens-Chargers to stay on Sunday night

The AFC matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and San Diego Chargers on Dec. 18 will maintain the prime time slot.

There apparently had been some deliberation and debate that spilled over into Wednesday, presumably to move the New England Patriots-Denver Broncos game on to the Sunday Night Football slot, since it is a battle of division leaders and a matchup between Tom Brady and Tim Tebow.

But in the end, that came stays in the late slot on CBS, and the Ravens, currently 9-3 and leading the AFC North, take their prime time turn against the Chargers, who finally woke up Monday night against Jacksonville to snap a six-game skid.
