Redskins cut corner Chris Culliver
The Washington Redskins cut veteran cornerback Chris Culliver one year after signing him to a four-year, $32 million contract.
Culliver is coming off a major knee injury.
He tore up his knee on Thanksgiving.
He was due $8 million this season.
Culliver played in six games last season and had 16 tackles and zero interceptions.
The Redskins didn't need Culliver after signing Josh Norman to a five-year, $75 million deal.
They also drafted Virginia Tech cornerback Kendall Fuller in the third round.
