Redskins re-sign defensive end Chris Baker
The Washington Redskins have re-signed defensive end Chris Baker to a new contract, the organization announced on Thursday.
Terms of the deal are three years for $12 million with $4 million guaranteed, according to a league source. After signing the deal, Baker expressed his glee on twitter.
"So happy that I'm still a #Redskin GOD IS GOOD," he wrote.
Baker started three of the 15 games he participated in during the 2013 season. He talled a single-season best 27 tackles and recorded his first sack in the NFL.
