Report: Alex Mack broke his ankle
It was a bad sight for the Browns to see when Alex Mack was being carted off of the field.
Now it's looking like the organization will have to begin making plans to not have their top-notch center for the rest of the season.
According to the NFL Network, Mack suffered a broken ankle during Cleveland's 31-10 win over Pittsburgh on Sunday. That would likely end Mack's season if that's what it turns out to be.
You can't replace a guy like Mack, but the Browns were still effective up front when he left the game. However, that was against a Steelers team that's dealing with way too many injuries of their own on the defensive side of the ball.
