Report: Bradshaw was irate with blocking, play calling

Ahmad Bradshaw is letting the New York Giants offensive line know how he feels with the running game stuck in neutral.

According to Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star-Ledger, Bradshaw was “irate with some of his blockers and with the play calling” last Sunday after a loss to the Seattle Seahawks at MetLife Stadium.

That revelation came after Fox microphones caught Bradshaw complaining about the performance of left tackle Will Beatty during the game.

I just want the best for our team. It’s as simple as that,” Bradshaw said Thursday. “If I get rowdy and get anybody up to jump on my back and have me carry ‘em, I’d rather do it that way.

“If I can fire somebody up and keep ’em into it and keep confidence going, I’m going to do that.”

If it was an issue for the Giants earlier in the week, it’s not now. Things have calmed down. But Brandon Jacobs is probably still out with a sprained MCL, and the running game has to get going with Bradshaw. The Giants are ranked 28th in the NFL and they’re averaging 3.17 yards per carry, the worst for the franchise since 1945.

That’s plenty to bitch about right there.
