Report: David Diehl blew a 0.18
David Diehl allegedly had a blood/alcohol level of 0.18 after he smashed his BMW into parked cars Sunday night in New York.
According to the New York Post, Diehl registered a 0.18 – more than twice the legal limit – on a Breathalyzer after the accident. Per the the report, he was out watching Croatia play in the Europoean championship.
The New York Giants offensive lineman is likely to face charges of drunken driving. Diehl was also at a charity golf outing on Sunday, according to the report.
